UC Cafes’ "With the Grain" sandwiches are made fresh daily. Our dedicated staff produces nearly 1,200 sandwiches a day featuring fresh breads such as focaccia, marble rye, and white and wheat grinder rolls – all baked in our very own UConn bakery!
